The 35mm f/1.8G is an excellent lens with only two things that are likely to cause you concern: the vignetting wide open and the lower performance at f/1.8 (resolved almost immediately at f/2). The vignetting is correctable in post processing (or even in camera with many Nikon DSLRs).

The Samyang 24-70mm f/2.8 zoom excels in its sharpness, with centre-to-corner uniformity well-maintained across both the zooming range and the aperture range. If it is "AF-S 24-70mm f / 2.8 G ED VR" you are talking about, be aware that the focus motor often needs to be changed p.gr.a. wear if it is used over many years. Personally I do not want to walk around with the old 24-70 / 2.8G + FTZ on a vacation, due to weight and size.
